LIFE

It is rightfully said to be born is not our choice but to live our life is. Or is it not? I have seen and realized that whatever I think of or wish that something I do will turn out good for me eventually goes the other way . why did things turn out this way when they were supposed to be  that way. life is full of unanswered questions. Things that happen in life are never the way we want them that way. However hard or futile our attempts have been life just doesn't seem to go my way.
So what  am I supposed to do is a big question mark.
I have carefully analysed my life's past failures and few successes , well I have nothing to say about successes , they just came to me by fluke, yes failures have been big and very contributing to what I am today.having said this doesn't mean I a am very very depressed and so sad -looking at things not going my way. Nor in any way I am happy or pretend to be happy. After all it is correctly said that life sucks and its so bad that keeping yourself sane and how? and why? is in itself a task. I ask myself  every time why why have I got to carry on. Is it the burden the obligations of life are compelling me to carry on?      Or is it that I do not have the the courage to give up , leave things or maybe even end my life?. Who the hell is even going to bother.                                                                                With that feeling I have started to live because its me that is the main concern, my life, miserable , disastrous, filthy whatever I have lived concerns me only Who gives a damn about me? so I have decided to continue. And if I have to continue I have to put a some commitments to myself that have to be followed or I will go nowhere.                                                                                                            Off late I have been going through a lot of  books and videos that have been showing to how to go thru life  HAPPINESS comes from accepting (and feeling grateful for or resolved about) the past, staying fully engaged in the present, and anticipating the future with enthusiasm. Here’s what we can learn from centuries of wisdom:

Accept the Past We all have had struggles, challenges, and suffering in our past. But happiness comes when we feel a sense of acceptance, gratitude, and fondness about what has happened, both the good and the bad. Learning from and making peace with the past allows us to be freer in the present.
Stay Engaged in the Present Moment Almost all spiritual texts, teachers, and trainers guide people toward becoming more present in the moment. This means staying engaged in what we are feeling and doing, bringing our full conscious presence to the moment and the people in our lives.
Positively Anticipate the Future There’s always tomorrow. Even if you know there’s going to be hardship and struggle — because there will be — the future is wide open. What are you excited about for tomorrow? What could you look forward to? What can you do to bring joy or love or meaning to your and other's day tomorrow? These types of questions pondered seriously and joyously can fire us with life once more.
Let's have a plan for becoming happier my friends. Though being happy is a task.
Life has become more miserable
For me since July 2019 to date 09-10-2021 I have no job. Baba has expired . I had left for Goa but have again come back. I have become a failure in life. I just hope and pray i can fulfill my obligations.
